Optimist Hall
WxP completed masonry remedial repairs to a historic structure that was converted into food courts. Project consisted of selective pointing, patching, parging, staining and hand cleaning needed for owner to achieve tax credits. All work was performed in strict accordance with Preservation Briefs by the National Park Service (NPS) meeting the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) standards.

Church Street Parking Deck
Repairs to a leaking two-story 64,000 SF precast double tee parking garage consisting of concrete wash replacement, crack treatment, joint sealant replacement, expansion joint replacement, spall repairs on underside of deck, pressure cleaning followed by the application of a polyurethane deck coating over all washes. Work involved extensive quality control by all parties and traffic control in a high occupancy facility.
