Sealants

Sealant Removal & Replacement

In most instances, a building facade’s primary line of defense is exterior joint sealants. Depending upon the material technology, average life expectancy is 7 to 20 years. Whether it is around windows/doors, between precast panels, installed for masonry expansion or in concrete slab for contraction/control considerations, visual assessment and periodic maintenance is a must. If left unattended, water intrusion may occur leading to interior finish damage and biological growth or even accelerated deterioration of the substrate.

Our Services Include:

  • Masonry Expansion Joints
  • Precast Panel Joints
  • Slab Control/Expansion Joints
  • Wet Glaze Sealants
